ABOUT THE EVENT

Prior to joining Edwards-Pitman, David was an Environmental Specialist with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for over 30 years serving as a subject matter expert on NEPA, Section 106, Section 4(f), and Environmental Justice. Please join us for lunch and learning as David speaks about NEPA and Section 4(f).
