ABOUT THE EVENT

Please join us as Patrick shares about the use of remote sensing and GIS and how drones can be incorporated into the environmental profession. He will also give a live drone demonstration (weather permitting). Topics include:

  • How to immediately leverage high-resolution drone data to evaluate, calculate, model, and monitor a wide range of projects
  • Geospatial applications that benefit from remote sensing data
  • How autonomous sensing technologies are becoming just another tool in a professional's toolbox
  • How these methods can be implemented in a short amount of time
  • A demonstration drone data collection mission will conclude the session, weather permitting
